Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like undergarments, swimwear, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Prepare Your Package:
- Include the original packing slip or a note with your order information.
- Securely package the item to prevent damage during shipping.
Shipping the Return:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
